Resolutions for the New Year
So, tomorrow is the big first day of 2019. What resolutions have you come up with for the new year? If you are like most people, you probably have 2 or 3 big things you want to change in the coming year. Just like last year or the year before that or the decade before that right? Well I have made resolutions in the past that I made it a whole 10 hours before breaking them, others took me a couple days, some weeks. Its not easy to change is it? So, what can we do THIS year

Nails in the Fence
I have written several posts on this story over the years, but its a great story so here we go again. Seems the world is getting more and more ANGRY so though it was a good time to throw this back up. Not saying the younger generation didn't get to do all that and more, but we had cars with no seat-belts, few if any car-seats and rode quite oft

You and Your Body
I was thinking this morning of dental offices and recall hearing the most profound statement a few years ago from a hygienist working on my teeth, "Dr. XXXXXXX, thinks you should only floss the teeth you want to keep." Think about that for a minute, what a caring dentist, he actually has his employee's reaffirm regular dental hygiene. Now, that is pretty important in itself, if you don't take regular care of your teeth, they decay, rot, cause pain and fall out over time. We
